Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about monitoring with LatencyHawk.

A single request to a URL is called an endpoint. Keeping an eye on your homepage counts as one endpoint, and your API health endpoint counts as another. Every endpoint operates separately from every location you have chosen.
Each location represents a probe server in a specific city or region, such as Tokyo, Paris, or Los Angeles. The checks are performed across all selected locations, providing you with a comprehensive worldwide perspective of your performance for your end users.
No. Our probes are simple HTTP requests, similar to a single visitor loading your page. They do not execute JavaScript, download assets, or add any significant burden to your servers.
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your billing period.
Not yeet, coming soon! We plan to offer an annual billing option with a discount in the near future. Stay tuned for updates.
If you need more endpoints or locations than what is included in your current plan, you can easily upgrade to a higher tier from your account dashboard. If you have specific requirements, please contact our support team for assistance.
